CDC helps to celebrate Special Birthday

Everyone at Cotswold District Council would like to wish Phyllis Hiron a very Happy 101st Birthday!

Working with the Gloucestershire Community Help Hub, our officers arranged for a very special birthday surprise for Phyllis while her family is unable to visit due to self-isolation.

Our officers are going above and beyond for our residents and we’re overjoyed by the true community spirit and hard work of all involved.

101 years old and still living independently, what an incredible achievement ❤️
