Last week I sent out a message where the phone number 03333050466 is being used to call vulnerable residents that may need further assistance. This has been found to be a legitimate government number.Our main concern was to try and protect vulnerable residents. I apologise for causing any distress and I am glad we have managed to confirm this is not one of the current scams linked to Covid-19. Our message is that you should not give away any personal details over the phone , especially bank details. However during these unprecedented times it is okay to speak to the caller on this number and give them your information as it will assist in finding out who needs extra help.
