There have been a number of incidents recently of distraction thefts from shops where handbags and purses have been stolen.
Please can we remind you all that while you are out and about please make sure your handbags are done up securely  and that purses/wallets are not accessible.
Please keep your handbag on your person rather than leaving it in push along trollies or prams.
